May 19, 2012 Passengers got more information than they needed Saturday from a city-bus driver. The driver said sorry to riders for his "pit stop" at a KFC by Congress and Fond Du Lac. Bus drivers usually don’t halt for personal reasons. The driver apologized to each passenger before his or her stop. "That sandwich I had earlier didn’t agree with me," the driver said. Casby Bias, a college student from Marquette University and traveler on the bus, said that she thought the driver went in for food. But his future and private explanation replaced her anger with disgust. "(Why) the heck would he tell us all that," Bias said.
